If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…The key responsibility of theHead, Global Payment Centre is to handle the bank's operations payments system (i.e SWIFT/ RENTAS/ IBG/ RPP/ e-Banking/ Direct Debit & FPX) in order for risk controls and continuous work process improvement compliance with Bank's regulatory policies as well supervise the staff productivity. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Retail Operations.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for daily smooth flow of SWIFT/RENTAS/IBG/RPP/e-Banking/Direct Debit & FPX operations by constantly reviewing the work processes, implementing controls and ensuring continuous compliance in accordance to policies and PayNet rules.Work closely with Application Support, GITI, Global Market, Trade Finance Centers, branches & channels in finding solutions to overcome operational or system gridlock and improve the efficiency of Bank's payment systems.Attend exceptional cases involving the request for return funds/disputes and participate in the quality of new initiative e-payment system with BNM & PayNet.Conduct and act as a Business Project Manager in plan, manage, and execute all the steps of business projects from beginning to end i.e develop new processes, create migration strategies & streamline services to meet a variety of business or channels goals.Maintain the operating expenses within budget plan number and perform the duty of 2nd Officer for SWIFT RMA with correspondent financial institutions.Job Requirements:Malaysian citizen. A recognized degree of any discipline with minimum 8 years in handling SWIFT & RENTAS operations, preferably in a centralized set-up / similar experience in methods systems & risk management.Working proficiency in English (written/spoken) and Microsoft Office application. Strong management and leadership skills, analytical thinker with attention to details.
