Head, Group Corporate Finance & InvestmentTo track, monitor and report the performance of existing investments and/or projects to ensure it is in line with the approved strategic direction and KPI.
To participate and/or propose resolution to key operational issues faced by subsidiaries.
To perform periodic site visits to subsidiaries, including plant and plantation.
To conduct economic, industry and financial related research for business benchmarking purposes as well as for business and investment positioning and analysis.
To develop business recovery plans for the identified under-performing subsidiaries/investments and to support the implementation of the relevant corporate restructuring exercise (existing: realignment Exercise and Housekeeping Exercise).
To prepare papers and proposals for presentation to the Top Management, Board Committee and Board of Directors to update and attain direction and decisions on corporate, investment and subsidiaries operational matters.
To participate in the development and/or investment proposal of Terengganu Inc and its subsidiaries from initiation, evaluation, research and negotiation and assist on various financial analysis i.e.
IRR, NPV, ROI and fund-raising.
To prepare or monitor monthly cash flow forecast of subsidiaries and suggest intervention program if necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration and/or professional degree (e.g.
CPA/CFA)
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment, Financial Planning or related field including minimum of 8 years functional management roles.
Ability to travel for business meetings and conferences if needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
