Job Responsibilities: Strategize and provide advisory on learning needs and trends within the Bank, which are focused on improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness, as well as alignment with the Bank's strategic plans. Manage and monitor effective utilization of the Staff Training Expenses (STE). Review of learning initiatives, policies and guidelines to suit the Bank's and market current requirements and in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in matters pertaining to learning & development. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Group L&D team. Develop and implement training strategy aligned with stakeholders needs and developmental goals. Manage STE/STF/HRDC levy on learning & development initiatives. Other Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and implementing special/specific projects and assignments as and when required by Chief People Officer. Keep up-to-date with People Office activities both internally and in the local marketplace: proactively identifying improvements and driving agreed changes through to a successful conclusion. Support the implementation of Group's initiatives in line with business objectives Continuous guidance and coaching of team members. Qualifications and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study. Minimum 10 years working experience in similar capacity with at least 5 years of managerial capacity in the people development field. Knowledge of market and industry practices in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Performance Management. Skills and Knowledge Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills. Good analytical and organizational skills to analyze culture, implement change and measure results. Proactive and dynamic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
