Job Responsibilities:Identify, structure, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with vendors and partners in the respective market.
Evaluate all new and existing partners against the designed internal risk framework and maintain a repository of all reviews performed and outcomes recommended.
Spearhead sales pitches and presentations to key external decision-makers and prospects.
Establish and build relationships with clients and key strategic partners.
Develop a deep understanding of market trends, strategies, and technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and involvement in the commercialization of technologies.
Support the Senior Management in managing the business.
Demonstrate expertise across facilities management, technology commercialization, and/or property development.
Drive strategy and growth within assigned target channel types.
Manage relationships with clients and ensure continuous support from the clients on new projects.
Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms and analysis, and action plans for management insight.
Document, plan, market, and execute programs using monthly review templates.
Job Requirements:The candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business, or equivalent (Masters in Business Administration preferred).
Familiarity with Construction and Real Estate is an added advantage.
15 to 20 years related experience in marketing, sales, and service within the area of real estate construction, maintenance, and upgrading.
Active engagement in continuous learning, particularly with regards to marketing.
Advanced knowledge of IoT as it applies to construction and real estate markets.
Good command of English (both written and verbal) & Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
