Head of Business, New Energy Vehicles To lead a technology and service company involved in electrical energy, including but not limited to automotive applications.
Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day business activities, revenue growth and the Profit & Loss. Develop, prepare and implement business strategies, sales implementation plans and budgets in accordance with the Company's business objective.Prepare reports and updates for Management, Board of Directors and Shareholders to keep them informed of the company activitiesResponsible for regulatory compliance, and tracking the development in the relevant business sectors and industry developmentIdentify, evaluate and develop commercial proposals and feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and viability.Initiates and maintains relationships with the project stakeholders such as the government agencies, authorities, investment partners, customers, contractors, lenders, etc. Prepare market research and analysis on the relevant industry including political and economic outlook, with awareness on economy, finance, law and regulations, and risk management. Analyzes and evaluates trends and development within the industry including technology innovations, market reforms, regulatory drivers, and customer and competitor profiling.Interacts closely with Senior Management and other departments of the parent company as necessary to communicate and provide awareness of business plans and issues. Requirements: Recognized Degree, preferably with MastersAt least 10 years relevant experience in the sales, technology and services Strong track record of revenue growth, proven sales and marketing achievements would be an added advantage A team player, with ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical issues. Understanding of corporate finance, economic indicators, and government policies and regulationsResults-driven with proven track record in business development and execution, at the national level.In-depth knowledge of the commercial structure of the private sector with the ability to link strategic imperatives with commercial opportunity Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to influence and inspire confidence at Senior Management level Willing to travel.
