Job Purpose Provides leadership and oversight of all matters relating to daily operations and management of the company. Manages a wide range of functions from sales & commercials, project management / site deployment, and site operations & maintenance. Works closely with other members of the Group's Senior Management Team based in Kuala Lumpur to organically and inorganically grow the business and maximizes the equitable return to the Company. Drives the integration of newly acquired assets. Key Accountabilities Works closely with the Group CEO in setting business strategies and driving execution of the business plans. Manages the people, budget, assets and resources required to maintain, support and improve the service offering to the customers, stakeholders and partners. Drives the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention. Measures and reports on operational performance and develops plans to improve key performance indicators (KPI's) and ensure achievement top strategic focuses. Ensures quality and services are consistently provided. Manages effectiveness of all project delivery and operational efficiency. Develops a culture of continuous improvement. Maintains and builds relationships with key customers, stakeholders and partners. Effectively raise the company's profile and reputation in Sarawak. Oversees the HSE implementation and drives HSE first culture throughout the entire organization Successfully adopts the Group's IT platforms, work processes and tools. Proactively suggests and implement improvements in these areas. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and / or Business Management. Masters Degree is an added advantage. More than 7 years of experience, preferably in managing digital infrastructure and telecommunications industry and at least 5 years in Management position. Good understanding of common commercial agreements. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude. Self-starter and takes initiative. Strong communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with business partners and colleagues across all functional areas. Strong in planning and organizational skills are required, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
