Approach: design and activate strategic solutions for clients (internal or external) through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.   Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure A highly skilled professional, the Head of Business Solutions will likely have over 8 years of experience in a consultancy environment. With strong commercial and tech awareness, the HBS will also have proven leadership experience, with cultural awareness and diversity focus. Fluency in English is a must. Other language(s) are desirable but not mandatory. The Head of Business Solutions APAC will have Activation The activation of the remit involves a comprehensive approach to solution design, implementation and improvement ; in collaboration with the Implementation & Operational Excellence team. Engaging both internal and external stakeholders in a consultative manner to deeply understand their needs and processes. This entails conducting thorough analyses from stakeholder meetings, process mapping, and market research to drive actionable insights. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data, and jointly developing appropriate technological responses to operational applications, that will have to be effectively presented them to senior and executive stakeholders, ensureing alignment with business goals Additionally, supporting strategic new initiatives from the wider business as a Subject Matter Expert, and facilitate seamless integration with other solutions and plans being worked or deployed. Maintaining clear communication through comprehensive documentation, regular reporting, and deployment of communication plans at various organizational levels, supporting transparency and alignment throughout the process. People Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through constant communication and adherence to change management principles. Remain open to stakeholder feedback and flexible in adjusting project plans. Additionally, your responsibility includes preparing and deploying communication plans tailored to various organizational levels, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the change process. If applicable, develop and oversee a robust team of Business Solutions Managers. Handling the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to performance management, providing supervision, training, coaching, and addressing behavior. Additionally, forecasting and analyzing resource needs, resolving capacity conflicts, and utilizing organizational prioritization for efficient resource planning is required. Advocate for tech-related solutions, regionally and globally, with the operational teams but also senior management and clients, supporting right levels of tech usage/adoption. Differentiation Leverage data for innovative solutions, technology for efficiency, and champion sustainability that create an impact, a competitive advantage, in how challenges and opportunities presented to Business Solutions are responded. Product & Services Developing and maintaining a depth of knowledge of our capabilities, and continually expanding your expertise around market trends in marketing, procurement and general business. Showing a genuine interest in our clients' businesses, challenges, markets and industries. Driving Growth Support our growth and marketing teams in shaping our future response to market demands and client needs. This could involve conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing data to identify areas for product/service improvement or expansion.  The mindset to navigate the role Leading stakeholders' relationships and high-performance teams requires a real skill in processing and navigating business and people situations. Role Requirements This role can be based in any of the following APAC locations: Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and India (Mumbai). You will be required to work from the local office a minimum of 1 day per week. Travel through APAC region might be required on occasion. Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
