As the centralised head of operations, your responsibilities include: Plans, directs, and controls activities to ensure effective coordination and optimal performance within centralised operations Initiates and adopts improvements in policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards to ensure accurate and prudent practices Monitors internal controls to ensure adequacy, enabling timely corrective action when needed Reports directly to the Head of Operations, taking responsibility for performance and duties Reviews reports and schedules prepared by subordinates What you'll need to succeed Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals with strong organisation and planning Initiate cost control measures by achieving resource efficiency and managing overheads Oversee payment-related transactions, payment systems, treasury operations, and e-channel processing.
