Job Responsibilities: To lead the planning and implementation of projects impacting Source-to-Procure service delivery to ensure the success of business operations.Plans and facilitates contract management reviews to manage the Service Level Agreements and market benchmark, e.g., develop assessment reports of total purchases and vendor performance to enable proper evaluation and monitoring of cost, quality, and service.To lead and oversee contracts management and contract administration tasks alongside with project management teams.To source and negotiate for most competitive subcontractors/suppliers ensuring procurement award within project budget, meet individual project requirements.Managing and controlling costs by working cross-functionally internally and with supply partners to proactively address potential cost increases through supply agreements, cost / efficiency improvement projects and other initiativesChampioning process improvements, recommending new ways of working to improve Source-to-Procure processes. Builds and maintains a network of Budget Owners and Purchase Requestors to share best practice and key learnings on sourcing practice, negotiation standards, use of technology and compliance with local country legislations and policiesTo supervise tender/quotation activities from invitation, recommendation and award approval to comply with Company Procurement Procedures.To monitor timely submission of all project progress claims to respective clients and to ensure claim evaluation and certification carried out within agreed time frame.To work alongside with project manager on project cash flow projection and closely monitor project budget requirements. Job Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or related discipline.Minimum 15 years of related working experiences with 5 years in managerial role.Solid understanding of procurement processes (tendering, supplier negotiations, and management) and sourcing of commercial materials and servicesStrong business acumen and experience in contract negotiation and administration including developing contract strategies, leading contract negotiations, and setting up contracts with ongoing management in mind.
