Responsibilities:
Plan and setup new credit card business from scratch.
Develop card products and drive performance by optimizing the offline, mobile, and online application platform to increase business revenue. Set and calculate tier-pricing for various related products.
Arrange and conduct briefing and training for the stakeholders before business and product launch.
Develop and maintain strong card operations for the card business and ensure that the operational procedures conform to the Company's standard of quality.
Continuously review, recommend and implement enhancements to operational procedures and workflow within card operations.
Formulate business strategy to grow card product profitability and maximize the card acquisition opportunities to acquire market share.
Manage overall activities within card operations and ensure that timely and quality services are provided to both internal and external customers through customer-focused operations in order to maximize cardholder satisfaction, minimize cardholder attrition, strengthen brand image and maximize profitability.
Recommend and implement new business and digital initiatives to grow card loan, card revolving balance, and interest income.
Monitor and manage the operation cost by improving the end-to-end process.
Perform market/profit analysis to identify business and consumer insights for strategy planning.
Work with Card Associations and merchant partners to customize business solutions and maximize the business returns.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in product development, project management, and direct marketing with in-depth knowledge of credit card/card loan is a must.
Proven project management experience in driving the launch of credit card business from scratch is a must.
Track record of successful implementation of product variants and innovative customer offerings.
Strong business and numerical sense, with good data analytical skills to make sensible suggestions.
Innovative thinking and strong execution skill with high-quality outcome, can work under pressure to complete the task on time.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
