By 2027, the company aims to expand its operations to 1200 locations, employing more than 5500 people under the Valiram Group umbrella.About the Role:The Head of CRM & Loyalty develops and implements a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy, driving profitable growth through customer loyalty, multi-category ownership, and timely support content. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute customer-centric programs for the Valiram Group and its brands.This position involves building data-driven customer segmentation strategies and overseeing marketing efforts to foster growth, engagement, and retention. The Head of CRM & Loyalty drives the strategy, implementation, and evolution of Valiram Group's loyalty program across offline and digital channels, aiming to enhance customer engagement and nurture long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:This collaborative role supports the Brand Operations & Marketing department by providing strategic consultancy and expertise in developing CRM Programs, as well as engaging in consumer acquisition and retention approaches that complement retail sales efforts.Key Requirements:Over 10 years of experience in Digital, Marketing, Loyalty, and Membership.Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.Experience in building successful marketing/loyalty programs and capabilities to enable customer journeys at scale.Proven leadership skills with experience building effective teams.Record of driving large-scale customer acquisition and retention programs.Proven record of collaborating cross-functionally to create personalized customer experiences.Successful technology implementation experience with CRM-related services.Ability to launch B2B & B2C apps for CRM & Loyalty purposes.Brings a consumer-centric mindset, creative thinking, and exceptional analytical skills; experience conducting CRM campaign analytics and consumer research to inform marketing decisions.Strong problem-solving skills.Proven project management ability to lead, develop, and motivate team.Outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills.Passion for the retail industry and drive to improve and work through challenges.Why Work for Us?We offer a workplace where you can develop your skills, collaborate with a fantastic team, and have fun along the way.
