HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (HOD) MARKETING
PENANG INTERNATIONAL DENTAL COLLEGE (PIDC)
Objective : To be an effective and efficient member of PIDC's Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team to deliver marketing and communications initiatives that raise PIDC's profile and visibility and enable the Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions Team to meet student recruitment targets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing tasks, objectives, and strategies.
Manage the marketing department budget and provide financial insights for marketing plans.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Oversee the production of marketing materials across various platforms.
Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.
Brainstorm improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a senior marketing role and 3 years of solid working experience in the education sector is an added plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of international education services or international student background is an advantage.
Enthusiastic, willing to learn, great team player, ambitious.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in marketing.
Willing to travel and work extended hours when required.
Working hours:
