JOB SCOPE
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Able to produce persuasive marketing content for external marketing ads
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Well-versed in the use of social media
Understands social media concept and best practices
Creative mindset and able to catch latest social media trending
Ensure online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance
Minimum three (3) years of experience in social media and content creator
Good at problem-solving and communication
Strong command in Bahasa Melayu, English, written and spoken
Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidentiality, trusted and reliable
Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life
Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop great content and evaluate results
Must be willing to work 5 and half days (Saturday-Half Day)
Head of Digital MarketingJOB SCOPE
Responsible for implementing the overall digital marketing strategy
Handling strategic online initiatives
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
Directing the hiring of marketing and promotions staff and supervising their work
Negotiating advertising contracts
Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
Other ad-hoc tasks given by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required
Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
Understands website metrics and best practice
Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Minimum three (3) years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
JOB SCOPE
Provide effective project administrative support to all shows.
Monitor and coordinate the given project to ensure timely completion and meet the deadline.
Coordinate the project and liaise with client.
Establish contact with exhibitor and ensure all requirements are met with efficient delivery of order.
Liaise with the vendor/supplier on the site workability and construction details.
Work on ad hoc, creative, fast, organize and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Review and monitor project progress and identify room for improvements.
Liaise & maintain good relationship with customers.
Present the project proposal including its costing details and proposed design.
Ensure all data are properly documented and filed.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Mass Communication / Event Management / Graphic Design / Interior Design / Exhibition / Art or equivalent fields.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in handling Exhibition.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Proficient in English, Third language is a bonus.
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Able to manage and lead the team.
Willing to travel & work long hours/weekend.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
