Strategy and Planning



-Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with agency and client goals.


-Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content and social, development) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.


-Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.


-Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and attract top talent through collaboration with HR.


-Contribute actively to internal marketing initiatives, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads for the agency.

Campaign Management



-Accountable for projects across performance marketing channels, including digital advertising, analytics, and marketing automation.


-Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.


-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results.


-Manage ad spend across clients and ensure accurate invoicing.

Team Leadership



-Lead and motivate a team of performance marketing specialists.


-Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.


-Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Client Management



-Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance-related matters.


-Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.


-Present regular performance reports and insights to clients.


-Address any client concerns regarding KPI setting, recommendations, and project progress.

; Requirements:- The successful candidate will:



-Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing or similar fields


-+5 years experience in Performance Marketing related roles in an agency.


-Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and best practices.


-Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, social, display).


-Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.


-Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


-Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to continuous learning.
