As our head of digitalization, you will be responsible for the future ITlandscape within BRB. You understand our strategy and see what systemoptimizations we need to achieve our target growth goals. In addition, you willmanage our existing IT team and you will be able to make the shift fromreactive to more proactive and you can ensure more interaction between the ITteam and the rest of the organization.
In this role you will participate in the strategic development of BRB and translate the needs into a digital strategy and roadmap – taking into account and inspiring the BRB stakeholders of fit for purpose solutions which are available in the market. You have a customer focus (external and internal) within an international environment. You make yearly plans to implement the strategy, monitor the budget and manage the roadmaps taking into account all necessary compliance (cybersecurity, availability, etc).
Furthermoreyou wil govern and steer the implementation of BRB digital strategy, roadmap,framework and policy while complying to applicable countries statutoryrequirements. You are responsible for ensuring the sustainability of thirdparty operations, integrity and reliability of the IT services.

Among otherthings, this is the situation in which you will be working. On the one handpart of a large international and listed company like PETRONAS, but on theother hand part of a smaller international company that functions more like afamily business. Part of your job is to connect the two and get both sides onboard.
