Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions, to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for properties.
Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes to manage customer interactions promptly, track leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as development teams, finance, legal, and external stakeholders such as brokers, agents, advertising agencies, and media partners to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the brand reputation and image of the company through consistent messaging, branding, and communication strategies across all marketing channels.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a positive culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development, and ensuring the development and engagement of employees.
