DescriptionTo lead and manage the team consisting of Facility Executive and technicians to execute preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programs in accordance with the contractual requirements; to plan and administer budget and ensure optimized utilization of available resources, equipment, spaces, facilities, and manpower; to provide technical solutions, support, and reports in accordance with the contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
