Purpose of Role
We seek to appoint a qualified and highly experienced Head of English.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching IGCSE and A-Level English, and methodologies that are inquiry and project based.
You will be a motivational teacher with the passion and enthusiasm to inspire our students to learn and empower them to excel.
The job is starting in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities
To lead, plan and teach English across the Secondary section of the School.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Possess at least a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Education or Bachelor's degree with a post graduate qualification in teaching
A minimum of 5 years teaching experience preferable with experience in an international Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
Patient, responsible and passionate about teaching
Computer literate with good interpersonal communication skills
A team player and flexible to meet the needs of the department
Fluency in written and spoken English
