Job Description Job Purpose: The Head of Finance and Sales Administration plays a pivotal role in the property development industry by overseeing financial operations and sales administration processes.
This position requires a strong understanding of financial management, sales support, and a deep knowledge of the property development sector.
Responsible to/Report to : Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's property development projects.
Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for projects.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Sales Administration: Supervise the sales administration team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Oversee the documentation and paperwork related to property sales transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on property development projects.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper insurance coverage for property development projects.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor finance and sales administration staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the department and monitor progress.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and financial best practices.
Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, ACCA, MIA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the property development industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and sales administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
