Head Of Finance (Roads Division)

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, managing the company's exposure effectively.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and relationships with financial institutions.
Supervise the accounting function and ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial laws.
Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and evaluate investment opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Implement and optimize financial systems and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold other relevant professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
