As the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll lead a newly established team in performance marketing, gamification, CRM, operations, and content to drive sustainable growth for Elfie's mobile app on a global basis.

WHAT WE OFFER A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salary Relocation support to Singapore, including obtaining the Employment Pass Comprehensive private healthcare support from day one Individualised career progression and development framework Hybrid working - 3 days in the office 14 days PTO, plus national holidays off Performance-related bonus paid twice a year; April and October Brand new MacBook and associated tech on day one An inclusive culture where everybody in the business has direct impact WHAT YOU WILL DO Define and oversee the execution of Elfie's global mobile application growth marketing (acquisition and retention) strategy in line with expansion objectives Lead and manage our newly established Growth Marketing team, including user acquisition, engagement, content, CRM and gamification Leverage data to prioritise the right digital marketing projects, and to optimize user growth strategies accordingly Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives WHAT YOU WILL NEED 10+ years of experience in leading regional or global strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile app companies, ideally start-ups Proven track record of leading sustainable user growth and engagement at a senior level, ideally in a start-up environment Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers.
These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control.
ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
