Adapt the staff size to the needs of the business: enable the healthy team growth
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
Cooperate with employee relationship specialist to develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Cooperate with Senior Management and Division Head on Division restructures, workforce planning, identifying high potentials
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct one-to-one meetings with employees
Conduct interviews with candidates
Take part in implementing C&B and deep understanding of Malaysian Labor Law
Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective Division and provide feedback to Senior Management if necessary
RequirementsExperience in planning and implementing HR strategy according to company strategy
Skills in planning and controlling HR budgets
Experience in creating and implementing HR processes and procedures
Management skills, organizing effective teamwork
Experience in HR standards and best practices
Experience with CRM and HRM Systems
Onboarding and offboarding experience
Skills in implementation of C&B and a deep understanding of Labor Law
Knowledge of Office Administration standards and best practices
Deep knowledge of working with Google framework (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Good speaking skills in English and Malaysian
Business orientation, negotiation, trustworthiness, empathy, leadership, and time-management skills
