With such plans set in place, this role will require a plug and play talent that is ready for a 60% strategic and willing to roll up their sleeves for a 40% operation enhancement role leading and doubling the team size in the near future.What you'll need to succeed
More than 15 years working experience in full spectrum of Human Resources
Preferably experienced in Merging Acquisitions/Harmonisation projects, Talent Management, Organisational Restructuring
Strong advantage for talents that are experienced in growing the department headcount and upskilling HR talents
Preferably possess experience in setting up offices regionally and open to travel as and when required
A strategic HR with strong ownership and willing to roll up their sleeves
Open to seasoned Senior HR Managers that are seeking a step-up
Must be proficient in Mandarin (read and write)
