Responsibilities: Develop corporate plans for a variety of HRmatters such as compensation, benefits, health and safetyetc.Act to support the human factor in thecompany by devising strategies for performance evaluation,staffing, training and development etc.Overseeall HR initiatives, systems and tactics.Serveas the point of contact for employment relations and communicatewith labour unions.Monitor adherence tointernal policies and legal standards.Dealwith grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action whenrequired.Anticipate and resolve litigationrisks.Report to senior management by analyzingdata and using HR metrics.Requirements: Proven experience as HRDirector.In-depth understanding of the way anorganization operates to meet itsobjectives.Strong knowledge of employmentlegislation and regulations.Thorough knowledgeof human resource management principles and bestpractices.A business acumen partnered withattention to the human element.Knowledge ofdata analysis and reporting.Goodorganizational and leadership skills.Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.Diligent and firm with high ethicalstandards.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein human resources, business administration or relevant field;MSc/MA in human resources will be aplus.
