An established organisation is looking for an HR Leader to head the department, up to 20k.
Your new company
This company is an established player in the agricultural industry. They are looking for a senior HR practitioner to lead the existing team in Pahang, up to 23k.
Your new role
As the Head of HR, you will be a generalist, hands-on on HR operations as well as act as an advisor to senior stakeholders within the business. Key responsibilities include business partnering, talent management, rewards, foreign worker management, training, HR compliance and more. You are expected to travel between sites as the local HR teams will be reporting into you.

Proven experience leading the HR department
To be a hands-on leader in both HR operations & HR strategy
