Senior HR Leader Sought for Agricultural Industry
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to lead our team in Pahang, with a competitive salary up to RM23,000 per annum.
Your New RoleAs the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including business partnering, talent management, rewards, foreign worker management, training, and HR compliance. You will also serve as an advisor to senior stakeholders within the business, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the HR department and provide strategic guidance
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
