Ensure compliance with international and national as well as the Group laws and policies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGroup Human ResourcesOversee the Group Human Resources functions through periodic audits, reviews, enhancement and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives.Design, implement and execute effective and forward-looking human resources strategy and policy in tandem with the senior management teams and top management.Understand, embrace, develop and establish the culture development and culture sustainability in tandem with the top management.Advise and support the senior management teams and top management thru providing advices, counsels and information effectively and creatively.Serves as the human resources lead for different business organizations and offering end-to-end human resource support by leading, coaching and inspiring the teams.Oversee the performance management process, succession planning process, and employee communication process.Align, support and embrace the organization business vision, mission and values through effective and regular cadence of communications between all related personnel while constantly aligning and improving the efficiency of the human resources operations.To carry out any other duties which are not specified herein as and when required as assigned by the immediate superior.Group AdministrationOversee and supervise all daily support and clerical work activities within the company.Identify, review, design and implement Corporate Administration policy, practices, processes, and improvement plans ensuring the enforcement of the standard and best practices and protocols across the group in tandem with the senior management teams and top management.Lead, manage and oversee a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance.Design and govern the standards and image of the clerical stations primarily at the Front Desks in tandem with the senior management teams and top management.Align, support and embrace the organization business vision, mission and values through effective and regular cadence of communications between all related personnel while constantly aligning and improving the efficiency of the administrative operations.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIREDCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.In depth knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
