IT Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and storage.
Conduct audits and optimize infrastructure performance.
Network and Systems Administration
Configure and troubleshoot network devices.
Manage server performance, backups, and recovery procedures.
IT Security Management
Implement security policies and conduct assessments.
Respond to incidents to maintain compliance.
Vendor and Documentation Management
Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Maintain accurate documentation and generate performance reports.
Technical Support and Project Management
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support users.
Manage IT projects including upgrades and new implementations.
Physical Characteristics
Strong analytical and adaptability skills to operate in a dynamic IT environment.
Strong communication skills for working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, team leadership, and project management.
