You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and sustainable market access for innovative biopharmaceutical products. You will lead a high-performing team to develop and implement robust market access strategies, negotiate with key stakeholders, and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies aligned with the company's global and local business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
Lead negotiations with payers to secure optimal reimbursement and pricing for products.
Oversee the HTA process, including the development of dossiers and engagement with HTA agencies.
Manage a team of market access professionals and oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management and performance tracking.
Monitor and analyze healthcare policies and regulations to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
Develop and implement patient support programs to ensure equitable access to therapies.
Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of market access initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Economics, Health Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in market access in the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system, reimbursement policies, and regulatory landscape.
Proven track record of successful market access negotiations and launches.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
