As theHead of Marketing , you will be responsible for leading, developing, and delivering the Consumer and SME Commercial Partner marketing strategy and launching cross-channel communications.
You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to increase engagement, effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and ROI.
This includes lifecycle strategies and the development of a content strategy for members, as well as marketing for potential and new businesses.This role is critical in designing commercial outcomes for marketing activity to ensure commercial objectives and growth are delivered.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to leverage opportunities and create a positive customer experience that increases activity and therefore revenue for the business.
This role is also responsible for the efficient running of the operational elements of the marketing team, both internally and externally.
This includes managing suppliers to ensure cost efficiencies for the business, ensuring processes are managed correctly, and building productive working relationships.What You'll Bring To The Role:
Fifteen years' experience in marketing, media, digital, or related disciplines.
A thought leader with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions through the use of data, insights, and experience.
Proven track record in building successful marketing plans and implementing class-leading creative campaigns using external marketing and advertising agencies.
Lead engagement to drive adoption, lead generation, and transactions through an understanding of the core offering.
Plan and execute brand communications with a media strategy relevant to business use case & the relevant target audience.
Analyze campaign performance by reviewing target vs. outcome, preparing learnings for optimization.
Accelerate business growth through insightful campaign planning and execution, media management.
Ability to close the loop by tracking and analyzing what is meaningful and put forth valuable learnings and recommendations to level up future campaign performance.
Keen interest in online, social media, and mobile trends, technologies, and innovations.
Solid understanding of the technology linked to web and mobile development.
Previous experience in managing at least one direct report.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to effectively liaise and negotiate with all levels of management.
