JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Lead the Mechanical design team in the creation, calibration, and release of mechanical drawings for low-voltage switchboard, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards; Oversee the team's progress in sheet metal and busbar design, ensuring that drawings are completed on time and with high quality; Review and calibrate drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness, making modifications and optimizations as needed; Develop and refine standards and processes for sheet metal and busbar design, ensuring that mechanical designs meet production and installation requirements; Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure that mechanical drawings are executed smoothly and align with practical implementation needs; Support the release and implementation of structural designs, follow up on the execution of drawings, and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process; Manage technical documentation for projects, including the preparation and archiving of structural drawings, specifications, and related test reports; Train and mentor, the structural design team, improving their skills in drawing creation, calibration, and release to ensure design quality and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with experience in low-voltage switchboard design; Familiar with industry standards and regulations related to sheet metal and busbar design in low-voltage distribution systems; Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, with strong skills in creating, calibrating, and releasing structural drawings; Solid knowledge of mechanical principles, and understanding of sheet metal fabrication and busbar configuration in low-voltage cabinets; Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively organize and supervise the team's drawing work; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment between design and production; Problem-solving abilities to optimize designs during the drawing calibration and release process; Experience in structural design, production, or quality management of low-voltage cabinets is preferred; On-site experience supporting the implementation of structural drawings during installation and commissioning is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in switchboard design.
