The ideal candidate is a passionate and visionary leader who will drive the development and enhancement of our Android applications. As Head of Mobile (Android), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Android development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Android development team. Define and implement the Android mobile app development strategy. Manage Android app development projects, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality. Lead the design and architecture of Android applications, emphasizing scalability and security. Stay updated on Android technologies and provide guidance. Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality. Oversee quality assurance, including testing and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Identify and mitigate technical risks. Manage the Android development budget efficiently. Lead recruitment and onboarding of Android talent. Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Android mobile application development Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Android app development methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a mobile development team.
