Job Overview:
The Head of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the entire nursing administration at Tung Shin Hospital. This role involves supervising and coordinating all nursing activities, as well as planning, organizing, delegating, and ensuring the effective and cost-efficient delivery of nursing services. The Head of Nursing will manage staffing, scheduling, and evaluating the performance of nursing and clinical personnel. Additionally, the role requires setting goals, establishing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations as set forth by relevant regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the nursing team and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
Ensure nursing services are provided efficiently and in line with the hospital's objectives.
Establish and monitor quality standards and performance benchmarks.
Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Who are we looking for:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; additional qualifications in Nursing or Business Management are an advantage.
A valid license to practice, issued by the Malaysian Nursing Board.
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare systems, and clinical techniques.
