Job Description Open Position: Head of Office Renovation, Contract (MNC IT Company) A MNC IT Company is looking for Head of Office Renovation in a contract role to be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur.
Key requirements: ·       Responsible for planning for new space to cater for increasing headcount of up to 1000 employee.
·       Responsible for overseeing renovation and moving in of new office space.
·       Work with contractors and designers on design of the new space.
·       Work with stakeholders to determine best design to cater for needs of employees.
·       Property management activities after moving in.
·       More than 10 years as Head of Renovation or Project delivering best in class office space.
·       Renovation and construction in office buildings experience is a must.
·       Able to manage budgets and manage uncertainties in the project.
·       Excellent communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
