Monitor inventory levels and forecast restocking needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Maintenance and Technical Support:Lead the maintenance team to ensure all ATMs are operational and comply with safety and quality standards.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and repair costs.
Address and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor the operations team, including deployment, restocking, and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or gold trading industries.
