Position Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for retail wealth management and distribution that aligns with our corporate objectives
Market Expansion: Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, enhancing our product offerings, and expanding our customer base
Customer Experience: Improving customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering tailored wealth management solutions and superior service
Performance Management: Setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating risks, and maintaining our reputation
Team Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team to drive excellence and innovation in retail wealth and distribution
Required Qualifications:More than 15 years of experience within the financial services industry
Good leadership and management skills
Familiar with the asset management / investment landscape
Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills
Able to work closely with senior management level
Experience in conducting market outlook talks, etc.
