Job DescriptionAbout The RoleThe Head of People will develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of all aspects of human resources, including industrial and employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organization and talent development, compensation and benefits, workplace and employer branding.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a champion for our employees.Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team.Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build a strong employer brand.Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and support employee development.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.Organization and Talent Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
Ensure continuous learning opportunities are available to all employees.Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations issues and mitigate risks.HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.QualificationsProven experience in a progressive and high performing environment as Head of HR or Senior People Leader for a mid/large sized company for at least 3-5 yearsExcellent stakeholder management skills Experience in strategic planning and implementationStrong communication skills and ability to influenceExcellent leadership qualities; led/managed teamsGreat capabilities in change managementAbility to use metrics and analytics to make decisions and consult senior management on people related directions and strategies.Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, local labour laws etc.
)BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable
