Head Of Pre-Sales

Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Presales, having hands on experience in the day-to-day handling of various opportunity development from opportunity qualification, requirement study, design, proof of concept and RFP / RFQ request. Have in-depth product knowledge in Networking & Security Solution. Ability to manage a team of presales and set as a role model. Good communication skill. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment. Technical certifications or equivalent credential will be an advantage. Being responsible in recruitment and management of a team of pre-sales specialists. Provide coaching and guidance to the presales team in the areas of technical knowledge enhancement, customer requirement study, presentation & demonstration skill. Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consulting when require. Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal's Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer's requirement. Act as a liaison between sales & post-sales team in bridging the gap of commercial and technical feasibility.
