You will lead a team of production experts, fostering a zero defect mindset while also ensuring quality and safety is adhered to. You will be someone trustworthy, who the team is able to go to for any major escalations while also being very hands on and aware of happenings on the shopfloor level while being able to report and manage your stakeholders' expectations. You will be expected to share your experience and good examples if shortlisted for interview. What you'll need to succeed A background in food / fmcg manufacturing for the last 10 years
Leadership experience of more than 5 years
Able to prioritize, juggle operational matters while ensuring people's capabilities are developed
Enjoys or thrives in a fast paced environment
