Head of Property (Transit Oriented Development)Your new companyMy client is a leading Malaysian organisation who is looking for a head of property to manage their Transit Oriented Development Projects.Your new roleResponsible for overseeing and monitoring land acquisition, mutual agreement, alienation, stratum title and other government policies on land matters.Responsible for planning and formulating business proposals for new Property Development, Selection of Development Partner as well as to oversee the development throughout the entire stage of implementation.Provide technical and commercial advisory in relation to the land management and property development which includes strata, statutory requirements and market insight.Drive and lead in stakeholder management by developing and implementing stakeholder relations strategies and ensuring issues and risks are addressed effectively.
What you'll need to succeedMinimum 15 years of experience in property developmentHas experience in transit oriented development, mixed development or regeneration projectsHas experience working on joint venture projects
