Working Time: 8:30am - 5:30pmPrincipal Accountabilities:
Land Matters ManagementOversee and monitor land acquisition processes, mutual agreements, alienation, stratum title registration, and compliance with government policies on land matters.Revenue OptimizationEvaluate revenue and ridership potential by ensuring the optimization of existing and future land assets, particularly around required stations.Property Development PlanningPlan and formulate business proposals for new property developments.
Oversee the selection of development partners.
Supervise the full development cycle, from planning to implementation.Advisory RoleProvide technical and commercial advisory on land management and property development, including strata regulations, statutory requirements, and market insights.
Collaborate with railway project directors to plan and execute Rail-Property concepts.Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and implement stakeholder relations strategies to address issues and risks effectively.
Lead engagement efforts to ensure seamless collaboration with various stakeholders.Requirements:
Educational BackgroundBachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or similar).Professional ExperienceMinimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development and urban planning.
Proven track record of leading development or redevelopment initiatives and projects successfully.Key SkillsStrong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to engage community members, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders effectively.
Deep understanding of market trends, statutory requirements, and technical aspects of land and property development.Benefits:
