What You DoDesign, develop, execute, track, analyze, report the performance of marketing campaigns, e commerce & digital including social media reach out, managing the marketing budget;Develop strategies and tactical plan to ensure Asia Surface Solution meet and exceed the financial goals and priorities for all segments; Development of business case & sample management;Design, develop marketing strategy by leading Business Excellence team (incl MI) tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers ~ their current and future needs, monitor the competition and develop competitive conversion tactical plansDefend and grow market share through marketing plans and programs for each segment with strong collaboration with Sales, Innovation & Application Lab, Product Management etc., take direct ownership of NPIs sales.Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and Individual Development Plan for employees.Take and drive accountability for activities, develop Priorities and Sales Development plans, Own product launches and training of staff etc. Who You AreManagement of Sales or Marketing, preferably both in Asia environmentExperience/exposure to industries @ Automation, Cosmetics, Industrial segmentsHaving established a clear leadership role in a commoditized market, design/execution of strategies and tactical plansEngineering graduation with Post-Graduate in Management with more than 10 years in Regional Leadership rolesExperience in handling e Commerce, digital Marketing and established roll out of programs.
