Head Of Retail Operations

Job Summary Responsible to oversee the whole department and its geographically dispersed team by overseeing daily operations, design strategy for business growth, engage in customer activities, pursue targeted goals and objectives and direct employees and delegate administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the business unit and all the branches. Ensure the creation and implementation of a business strategy designed to grow the business. Oversee marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies to recommend improvements. Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues, improvements and recommendations. Engage in key or targeted customer activities. Oversee key hiring and talent development programs. Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers. Determine staffing requirements and ensure that the department's employee positions are filled promptly. Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or preferably an MBA or a Postgraduate Degree related with the field. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Highly attention to SOP details, so that the operation flow is well defined. Strong decision-making capabilities. Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word. Excellent Communication Skills in both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
