Job Description: As our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies that meet our client's goals and objectives. You'll be building and maintaining relationships with clients, reporting regularly on campaign progress and results, and collaborating with internal teams such as creative and research to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. Staying up to date with industry trends and technology is essential to provide clients with innovative and effective advertising solutions. Your role will also include conducting market research, analysing data and evaluating campaign success so that sound campaign decisions can be made. Additionally, you will be preparing presentations and proposals to present to clients and participating in pitch meetings. You'll be managing budgets, negotiating rates, and purchasing advertising space and media time to achieve optimal campaign results.
