Head of Sales and Marketing (Custom Furniture)The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and build brand recognition for custom furniture offerings. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets in both B2B and B2C segments.
Identify and establish relationships with key customers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.Marketing Strategy and BrandingDesign and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its custom furniture offerings.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
