Head Of Sales / General Manager (Car Leasing)

Responsibilities: Overall in charge of operations in Malaysia. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth objectives in Malaysia.Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and threats.Develop and execute plans to drive growth in market share and fleet size.Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility.Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and partners.Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.Monitor and manage fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.Prepare and manage the annual budget for the country operations.Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.Lead, mentor, and develop a small team.Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
