Job Description Drive annual seats target and ancillary revenue that cover strategy planning according to company goals, set yearly KPI & direction, spervise local sales team and working closely with overseas team to drive inbound and XJ offline channels to align with Group
Manage and develop business channels that cover Online Travel Agency (OTA), Conversational Travel Agents (brick & mortar), wholesaler (group booking) Corporate, Government Sales Outlets, etc.
Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationships
Coordinate with respective team leads/heads and other relevant parties to identify new business opportunities
Review sales performance and provide support to other point of sales (POS) as needed
Monitor SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Review and track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; provide support as needed
Oversee the annual plan and budget developments for the department including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget.
Support innovation and continuous improvement including promoting best-practice within AirAsia
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with direct experience in business development, sales and marketing and team management
At least 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development filed and worked as a Senior Sales, Business Development Manager, Sales Director with proven track record of sales target achievements and KPIs setting
Lead team members to identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships and key segments to target
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
Maintain key relationships with partner institutions by understanding and navigating partners' organizational structures
Effectively structure sales offers, deals and business cases using data analysis and business modeling
Able to adapt yourself in very dynamic working environment and can work at Don Mueang International Airport
