What will you be doing?
Develop and grow KONE's customer base and position in the market
Lead proactive engagement and solution selling for various customer segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential new customers
Manage pricing strategies and develop sales plans for your team
Analyze market and customer data to optimize sales planning and pricing management
Lead the sales process from customer relationship management to contract negotiation and profitability tracking
Coach, manage, and inspire your sales team to excel, driving their individual and collective success

Proven experience in customer relationship management, driving profitable growth and customer loyalty
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
Ability to engage different customer segments with value-driven solutions
Experience in sales planning, pricing management, and market analysis
Proficient in building strategic customer relationships and identifying key decision-makers
Knowledge of KONE's digital solutions is a plus
Ability to manage the sales funnel effectively, ensuring CRM data quality and driving results from the opportunity to close
