DescriptionDrive Revenue and Gross Profit Growth as Head of Sales.
Primary ObjectivesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and gross profit.
Lead the sales team, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionAlign sales strategy with company goals and execute comprehensive plans.
Set and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities for opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership and ManagementMotivate and lead the sales team for high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent for a strong sales force.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Revenue and Profit GrowthMaximize sales opportunities to increase revenue and gross profit.
Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts for profitability.
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Foster long-term partnerships through customer retention strategies.
Sales Operations and ReportingOversee sales operations for efficient processes and systems.
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Utilize CRM tools and data analytics for sales tracking and performance.
Collaboration and CommunicationAlign sales strategies with marketing, product development, and other departments.
Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance results to the sales team and senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Person SpecificationsA degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain sales.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Result-oriented and meticulous with an eye for details.
