ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and oversee the operations of the secondary school
Lead, monitor and motivate all secondary school teachers, fostering a collaborative and performing teaching team
Carry out all academic and administrative duties related to the secondary school, including curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation that support the academic, emotional and social development of students, managing resources, budgeting, activity coordination, etc.
Support Student Recruitment and Enrolment activities
Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Management, adapting to the evolving needs of the school.
RequirementsPossess a degree in Education or a related field
Have progressed from a teacher to an administrative position
Strong understanding of the Malaysian Education syllabus i.e.
UASA and SPM, leading up to SPM
Proven leadership experience in school management, curriculum development, or coordinating academic programs, preferably at a secondary school
Ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and dynamic school culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A passion for education and the success of students
Ability, willingness, and flexibility to adapt to the fast-changing education atmosphere in Malaysia and beyond
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
